Principal's Message
I welcome you to Pentaville College, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Pentaville College is a school with a unique objective of grooming responsible individuals who can fit perfectly into any society they find themselves and contribute positively to her growth: just like the mission of the school states; “It is a citadel of learning which builds solid foundation for children that will position them ahead of their peers to the pride of the school, parents and the society”.
Here in Pentaville College, we introduce our students to a blend of Nigerian and British Curricula which expose them to the 21st century education where students learn independence, confidence, leadership skills, collaboration, creativity, communication, critical thinking, digital literacy among others.
Pentaville College gives room to her students to build their talents hence viewing education not just from the cognitive aspect but other areas such as the social, emotional, spiritual, physical, psychological and vocational aspects of a child. A whole child is built with our wellrounded pedagogy and students can interact and compete with their peers within and outside our immediate location.
Malcolm X wrote and I quote “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it”. It is absolutely true that only those who prepare for the future can be in charge!
Pentaville College is equipped with such facilities, resources, manpower who are regularly given professional development trainings to adequately equip the students, and atmosphere that promotes such development. We create safe, conducive and child-friendly atmosphere for learning to adequately take place.
Students are tutored to excel in both our local and the international exams such as WASSCE, BECE, NECO, IGCSE, and CHECKPOINT among others.
Students’ development, safety, protection and welfare are our priority and we operate an open-door policy.
